Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses or jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. Please refrain from wearing jeans/denim and sneakers. We also kindly ask that guests avoid wearing shades of white, ivory, or cream as those colors are reserved for the bride. Please keep in mind that the ceremony is planned to be outdoors.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

When formal invitations are sent, please RSVP by October 3, 2025. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by October 3, 2025, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. We will also be having a shuttle to and from the hotel to our venue. If you are not staying at the hotel, we encourage guests to uber/lyft if you are drinking!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! For this reason we encourage you to uber/lyft to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely. If you are staying at the hotel, a shuttle is being provided!

Question

If I am taking the shuttle to the ceremony, what time does it leave?

Answer

The shuttle will depart at 3:15 pm. It will do two loops from the hotel to the venue for guests.
