Kylie and Jake first met in Tucson, AZ as students at the University of Arizona where they were both Resident Assistants at Coronado Residence Hall. In April 2013, at their first introductory staff meeting, Kylie knew she was going to have that boy. And in September 2013, that reverie became a reality as Kylie and Jake began dating. One of their earliest memories together was attending a UA football game together. In May 2015, their love was tested by distance as Jake relocated to Fort Worth, Texas to begin his career while Kylie finished her final year at the University of Arizona. In May 2016, never wavering, Kylie joined Jake in Fort Worth, where they now own a house. On July 13, 2018 Jake decided to initiate the next steps towards lifelong commitment to one another as he proposed to Kylie at Sundance Square. Kylie was completely surprised and filled with emotion, however, she managed to verbalize a "yes!"
