Is there a dress code?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We’d recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes early (by 4:30pm), to give you time to walk from the parking area to the field where the ceremony is being held.

What is the venue like?

Answer

The entirety of the wedding celebration is taking place at Katie’s parents home. The parking and ceremony locations are both in fields, and the reception will be located in the grass in their backyard. Please keep this in mind when choosing footwear :)

Are phones allowed?

Answer

We are asking for an “unplugged ceremony”, with no phones out or photos taken during the ceremony itself. We have an incredible photographer who will be capturing the ceremony, and we will be sure to share these photos afterwards!! Once the reception begins, phones and photos are absolutely welcome!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! Unless you’re looking for a solo date night, your kids are absolutely welcome to come! They have been designated in your family’s guest count on the RSVP page.

Will there be food and drinks provided?

Answer

Oh heck yeah! We will be catering Cafe Rio, with options for tacos and salad. Desert will include donuts and brownies. There will be an open bar with a variety of beer, ciders, and a few signature cocktails! We will also provide non alcoholic options, including water, soda, and lemonade.
