To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope that you understand.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!
Yes! We will be serving hors d'oeuvres throughout the cocktail hour, and will have buffet stations during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions, we would like to be notified ahead of time.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before (5:00PM) the start of our ceremony (5:30PM) to mingle amongst yourselves. Our amazing coordinator of the day will guide you to when you should start sitting down.
Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be silent and put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer to document the ceremony and are more than happy to share those photos with you afterwards. At the reception, however, we encourage everyone to take photos and videos, so please share those with us as you're able! Note: Our ceremony will be outdoors.
We would like to have a kid-less ceremony and reception. If your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we will not be able to accommadate them- we hope you can understand!
Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. For men, this might mean a jacket and tie or traditional suit (strictly no jeans), or even a button down and slacks. For women, this means floor length or midi length dresses (no white please!) Note: Our ceremony will be outdoors in the August heat, please dress accordingly.
Unfortunately no. However, there will be a cash bar in the main entrance of our venue. We would love for you to enjoy Clauren Ridge's own wine slushies! Please keep your own limits in mind during the reception!
