Please RSVP by mail using the response card you received in your invitation. The response card comes with a pre-addressed and stamped envelope.

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie Invited, and for military guests, Mess Dress Uniform Invited.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner is by invitation only. If you are invited, you will receive a separate invitation.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list. If you have “and guest” written on your invitation, you may bring a guest. Otherwise, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What time can you check-in at the hotel?

Answer

The earliest guaranteed check-in time at the Hyatt is 3:00 p.m. There is a chance your room may be available before then, but unfortunately, the hotel cannot promise that. Alternatively, if you would like to ensure your room is available at 12:00 p.m., there is a $25.00 fee.
