Right across the Ohio River is a mecca of traditional Kentucky bourbon distilleries. Take a tour, organized or even just ad-hoc. If you prefer not to drive too far, you can sip some Pappy at a bourbon bar on Main Street in Covington, KY.
Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra
Attend a Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra concert! The weekend of our wedding, there are Friday and Saturday performances featuring Bernstein, Copland, and Price.
The Cincinnati Bengals
We did not plan to have our wedding on Bengals' game day... but the timing works out that you can catch the afternoon game at Paul Brown before the ceremony!
Newport Aquarium
A favorite date location for Andrew and Rebekah. Walk through tunnels of sea creatures, and check out the beer garden right outside the aquarium.
Cincinnati Zoo
Meet famous Fiona the Hippo at the Cincinnati Zoo! Kids under 2 are free.
Historic Brewing Tours
Visit a 19th-century underground lagering cellar in downtown Cincinnati! We took this tour a few years ago, it is seriously super cool. The 1/2 mile tunnel system is right downtown. Andrew concocts the occasional brew at home, Rebekah is excellent at taste-testing.
Eden Park Overlook
Stroll through Cincinnati's Walnut Hills district, and check out the autumnal view of the Cincinnati skyline from the Eden Park overlook! The wedding takes place just around the corner from this spot.
