Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you RSVP as soon as possible to help planning go smoothly. Updated RSVP's need to be received by Sunday, May 3.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Sacred Oaks at Camp Lucy at 6pm for the wedding ceremony. There will be another wedding taking place that evening so an attendant will be stationed at the entrance to Camp Lucy to direct you to the Lipsky / Shrestha Wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This will be an outdoor summer wedding in Texas. It will be very hot and humid (we're sorry; that's why we originally scheduled for spring!) Dress code is cocktail attire, but please dress to accommodate the weather (light dresses for women and shirtsleeves for men).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! We ask that you please include the number of children coming in your RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit the Travel tab of our website for hotel recommendations. We will have shuttles to the wedding from the Holiday Inn Express.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is ample parking for the ceremony and reception at Camp Lucy.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from the Holiday Inn Express to the wedding venue.

What type of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We'll have a range of food options at the reception for all dietary preferences. The main meal will be BBQ chicken and pork so please let us know when you RSVP if you'd like to have a vegetarian meal.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please share any food allergies when you RSVP and we will accommodate.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We have a number of events planned for the wedding weekend (Welcome Pool Party, Welcome Drinks, Brunch, Austin Events). Please see the Schedule section of the website for all the details.
