DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bay City - Riverfront

If booking online, you will probably first receive a message that the hotel is fully booked the night of the wedding. Click on the "Special Rates" tab, then enter "PCW" in Group Code and hit "Update" --- that should open up the block rate and available rooms. Prices are $124 and $114 per night, depending on view. We've been told by some guests that calling to book a room has resulted in receiving the news that the hotel has no rooms available, so it may be easiest to reserve online. Comfort Inn Bay City-Riverfront

Comfort Inn is literally right across the street from the Doubletree (less than 5 minute walk) and provides an affordable alternative for additional room options. No online promo code available, must call to book and mention the Parsons Corbin Wedding. Prices are $109 and $99 per night, depending on view. BLOCK RATE CUTOFF DATE - Extended to Feb. 28th if you were unable to get a room at the Doubletree

Airport Information

There are three major options for airport locations into Michigan. Saginaw MBS is the closest to the wedding festivities and both hotels offer free shuttle to/from that airport. All wedding festivities are at the hotel or within walking distance, so if you'd like to avoid renting a car, Saginaw is your best bet. Unfortunately, there's not much of an Uber or Lyft presence in Bay City. Flint Bishop is about 45 minutes from Bay City and is a mid-size airport with less congestion than a larger commercial airport, however it will likely have fewer flight options and prices. Detroit Metro is the largest commercial airport in Michigan and will likely have the most flight options and least expensive prices, but will require a rental car, as it is about 2 hours from Bay City.
