Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the 4 pm ceremony to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

The official dress code is semi-formal required, formal preferred. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! (Please no denim)

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

As we have a lot of guests traveling interstate, for your convenience, there will be a return shuttle leaving Adelaide CBD and returning in the evening. Please see more information on the accommodation/ travel tab. If interested in using this service, please notify James or Rebekah or indicate so when completing the RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your formal invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone! Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

Is there onsite accomodation?

Answer

Yes, however, there are strictly limited rooms available. To reach the venue, you will need a car as rideshare coverage is limited. If you are interested in on-site accommodation, please message Rebekah or James.

Question

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

Typically, it's sunny and warm. But please check the forecast closer to the day, as there is a risk of heat waves or wet weather. The venue has indoor contingencies for the ceremony in the event of poor weather and air conditioning if needed.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by the 1st of January 2026. You can RSVP using the QR code in the formal invitation. If you have any trouble completing this, please don't hesitate to message James or Rebekah. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What do I do if i cant make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Question

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely! Please do let us know if you have any dietary requirements, as the venue does a great job at accommodating, but they will need advance notice. You can inform us of any dietary restrictions when completing the RSVP, or message James or Rebekah.

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your gift of love and support is all we need on our special day therefore, we will not have a gift registry. However, if you would like to give a gift, we will have a wishing well at our reception if you would like to contribute to our future honeymoon fund.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Children of our guests are absolutely welcome to attend! We believe it is 100% the parents' choice to attend with their children or decide to leave their children in care if they want to let their hair down for the night! Choice is yours, but if you do wish to attend with your children, please do let us know so the venue can accommodate for them. We also recommend the on-site accommodation for families due to the proximity and convenience. If you wish to book one of these rooms, please do let us know as soon as possible, as they will book out.
