Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Green Villa Barn between 3:00 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:30 p.m.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue. There is a large parking lot behind the venue as you take a left off of Independence HWY. The guest entrance is additionally located on the parking lot side.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

What do I wear?

Answer

Our theme is a wildflower wedding! So think of a garden party! YES TO: - oranges - pinks - yellows - blues - florals - basic colors: black, beige, khaki, gray - Dressing your best :) NO THANK YOU TO: - White for ladies - Jeans - Casual attire

Can my guy wear a white top?

Answer

Yes, that's okay!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will not be providing any alcohol at our wedding to our guests. :) To honor the venue's policies, they kindly request that no alcohol be brought onto the premises, as doing so could result in guests being asked to leave and potentially facing a fine.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size as you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have chosen to include a few children from families who are especially close to us. We kindly ask that the children remain respectful during the event and that parents address any potential disruptions as needed. Your understanding means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

What if I forgot to RVSP?

Answer

We unfortunately have an end date to RVSP by so that we are able to keep track of how many guests we have. We will miss having you!
