Shaleesa is Rebekah’s older sister by 25 months and the two share a very close and lasting bond. Over the years, they’ve been frequent travel companions, exploring North America and the Caribbean, and occasionally finding themselves in some fun (and sticky) situations along the way. More recently, they’ve enjoyed spending time together closer to home in Toronto with Shaleesa’s fiancé, Sean, and their dog, Bindi, especially since they’ve lived just five minutes apart for the past few years. Whether it’s thrifting, going for walks with Bindi, local festivals or checking out new restaurants and ‘girlie’ spots in the city, they’re always finding ways to make everyday moments memorable. Their relationship is rooted in love, commitment, and unwavering support to each other.

With three brothers, and a headstrong baby sister, surrounding her, Leanna is often affectionately teased by her siblings. Leanna is a strong, resilient young woman with an enduring spirit, whose love towards, and care for, her siblings has been a continuous blessing. Aaron's honest, affectionate, fun-loving nature along with his tongue-in-cheek sense of humor make him a well-loved person in a variety of circles. In a bizarre turn of events, Dilshan drove Aaron, along with their friends, to the hospital after Aaron fractured both of his arms at the same time. They all proceeded to eat junior chickens and McFlurries in the Markham-Stouffville Hospital emergency waiting room. Dilshan is so grateful for how Aaron has allowed him to walk closely with him. At the rock of Aaron's heart is a very perceptive, caring man whose character is marked with integrity- attributes which make him a wonderful father to his precious son, Zion. Dilshan and Rebekah are so thankful for the friendship of Funing and his fiance Amanda, and it is Dilshan's delight to have Funing stand beside him as one of his groomsmen.
