Uber Black is only available in Rome and Milan. You can get a taxi through the Uber app and other taxi apps are IT TAXI, FREE NOW and WE TAXI. We recommend the high speed rail or private transfers for longer distances of travel. TripAdvisor is a good source for finding a private transfer.
