We cant wait to celebrate with you

After years of scheming Tia Monica and Tia Claudia finally got Oscar and Rebecca to meet on February 2nd, 2018. After rejecting Monica's first idea of setting Rebecca up on a blind date "with a nice Latino boy", they moved on to plan B. Since Rebecca had recently moved to Houston, she agreed to meet up with Oscar and a group of his buddies, after Monica insisted she needed to meet a fun group of Latin friends. After leaving Oscar on "read' for 2 days they finally agreed to meet at Heights Beir Garten for happy hour (with Oscars brother, cousin & teacher friend in case things went south). The night stretched on, and after a charcutier board and more bars they exchanged numbers and said their goodnights. For Oscar, it was love at first sight. "La amo", Oscar whispered to Ricky as they danced to 90's hits at Kung Fu. He asked Rebecca to lunch the next day, and dinner a few nights later. Days turned in to two weeks, and he took Rebecca to sit courtside at a Houston Rockets game for Valentine’s day (much to his brother's dismay). Rebecca did her due diligence. She was a bit wary of Oscar at first, she found him to be "way too handsome". Over time she got to know how sincere, humble, and big-hearted Oscar was. She finally fell too when she realized he was actually really nerdy, and was eventually able to pardon his good looks. After 5 years of dating, Oscar FINALLY asked Rebecca if she would spend her life with him... and they lived happily ever after! We are so grateful for all of you and the part you have played in our love story. We can’t wait to celebrate together in San Miguel de Allende!
