Also located on the downtown square, this is where we frequent for brunch. We love the shrimp & grits, as well as the smothered open-faced biscuit.

Follow up your visit to the Tap Room/Hickory Station/Notions with the City Walk. This connects downtown Hickory to Lenoir-Rhyne University.

Hickory City Walk

A favorite place to take visitors! There is a wide selection of food & beer. I highly recommend the Mountain Mist IPA with a pizza or a bison burger!

Blowing Rock Draft House & Brewery

If you're as addicted to golf as Matthew is, Rockbarn Country Club has a public course that you can play the morning of the wedding. There is also a spa if that is more your speed!
