What if we don't know how to get the Wedding Pavilion/Whitehall Room?
Answer
If you are driving or wish to take Disney transportation, please see details below. For our guests staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort and Disney's All Star Movies Resort and do not have a car, we have arranged a private limo for you. Space is limited, so please plan to drive yourself if you have a car. Please let us know if you'd like to be picked up in the limo. Disney's All Star Movies Resort: The limo will depart at 8:10AM and arrive at the Wedding Pavilion at approximately 8:30AM. The Wedding Pavilion may not be open at this point. You are welcome to walk over to the Grand Floridian main lobby or wait at the Wedding Pavilion. Disney's Port Orleans Resort: The limo will depart at 8:45AM and arrive at the Wedding Pavilion at approximately 9AM. The limo will be available after the wedding to take our guests to the Whitehall Room. We encourage you to drive over if you have a car, but the limo will continue to make trips until all our guests have been transported to the Whitehall Room/Convention Center. As we don't know where our guests are headed after the wedding, we aren't providing transportation after the wedding. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. If you want to head back to your hotel, just take the Monorail to the Magic Kingdom, and from there take the bus to Port Orleans/All Star Movies.

Will we need to pay for parking at the wedding?
Answer
There will be no charge for parking at the Wedding Pavilion or the White Hall Room. If you are staying on Disney property, they do NOT charge an overnight parking fee for your vehicle. This is a recent change. Charges still apply to park at the amusement parks themselves (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, etc.)

How do we get to the Wedding Pavilion if we have a car?
Answer
Please search Google Maps for "Disney's Wedding Pavilion", it should come right up. It's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Uber or Lyft can also take you there. Once on Floridian Way, follow signs for the Wedding Pavilion (details below). If GPS is giving you trouble, follow signs for the Magic Kingdom. Once on World Drive, follow the signs for Magic Kingdom Resorts. Stay on World Drive for another 1.2 miles. At the first light, turn Left on Seven Seas Drive (Follow signs for Interstate 4 and Guest Drop Off). Stay on Seven Seas Drive for .6 miles. You will see signs for Guest Drop Off and Polynesian Resort of the right. When Seven Seas Drive dead ends into Floridian Way, turn Right (Follow signs for Grand Floridian/Wedding Pavilion). After .5 miles on Floridian Way, Follow the sign for the Wedding Pavilion on the Right before you reach the Grand Floridian main building. After turning Right into the parking lot, you will encounter a security gate. If the gates are down, press the call button, and you will be let in. Once through the security gate, drive straight back. At the back of the parking lot, turn Left towards the Grand Floridian main building. Past the first row of Handicapped parking on your left, you will see a white building with a roundabout passing underneath the Monorail. Park in an available spot and walk towards the white building, Franck's Studio. Walk past Franck's and across the bridge to Disney's Wedding Pavilion. You have arrived!

How do we get from the Wedding Pavilion to the Whitehall room if we have a car?
Answer
The Whitehall Room is in the Grand Floridian Convention Center. Search Google maps for 'Disney's Grand Floridian Convention Center'. From the Wedding Pavilion parking lot, turn right onto Floridian Way. After .2 miles, take the next right into the main entryway for Disney's Grand Floridian (Follow signs for Grand Floridian). You will pass a security check point. Regular Parking: After the security check point, take the first left before you reach the Grand Floridian main building. At the stop sign, continue Straight. Take the next left into the parking lot, and continue to the left for self parking. Walk towards the Grand Floridian main building and portico. Cross under the portico and follow the covered walking path to the left. You will pass the bus pick-up/drop-off on your left. The building up ahead is the Convention Center. Head the main entrance and follow signs for the Whitehall room and the Beckner/Blum-Kingsley Wedding. Handicapped Parking and Drop Offs: After the security check point, continue straight towards the Grand Floridian main building and pass under the portico for the Grand Floridian. At the stop sign, continue Straight. The road will curve to the left and you will reach the portico for the Grand Floridian Convention Center. Drop off here. The parking lot to the left (across from the portico) is all handicapped parking. Continue through the portico and turn left. There is an entrance for the parking lot on the left. Head the main entrance and follow signs for the Whitehall room and the Beckner/Blum-Kingsley Wedding.

How do we get to the Wedding Pavilion if we want to use Disney's Complementary Transportation?
Answer
FROM A DISNEY RESORT: Take Disney Transportation (i.e. bus, Monorail, or watercraft transportation) to the Magic Kingdom Park. The bus stop should be close to the front entrance of the hotel. At the Magic Kingdom Park, transfer to the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail or watercraft transportation Go to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (4th stop on the Monorail from Magic Kingdom Park; 1st stop via watercraft transportation from Magic Kingdom Park ) Once at the Grand Floridian, head the the portico at the front of the building and/or follow signs for Beach Pool/Spa/Health Center. Follow the covered pathway away from the Convention Center, towards the Villas and the Spa. At the four-way intersection, leave the covered path and take the Left. The Beach pool will be on your left and the Lagoon should be in front of you. Once you reach the Lagoon, turn Left and keep walking with the Lagoon on your left. The path will lead out to a small roundabout, with a white building to your left. To your immediate left, there will be a bridge leading to the Wedding Pavilion. You have arrived! FROM A DISNEY THEME PARK, WATER PARK OR DISNEY SPRINGS: Take Disney Transportation (i.e. bus, Monorail, or watercraft transportation) to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Walk towards Beach Pool/Spa/Health Center Follow pathway to Disney’s Wedding Pavilion (See Above).

How do we get from the Wedding Pavilion to the Whitehall room if we want to walk?
Answer
As you walk across the bridge from the Wedding Pavilion, there will be a path immediately to your right. Follow this path with the lagoon to your right until reach the three-way intersection. You should see the Beach Pool in front of you. Turn Left towards the covered walkway. Once you reach the covered walkway, turn right. Walk along the covered walkway past the Grand Floridian main entrance and keep following it to the Convention Center. You will pass the Bus pick-up/Drop-Off on your left. The covered walkway will lead you straight to the Convention Center. Go to the main entrance and follow the signs for the Whitehall room or the Beckner/Blum-Kingsley wedding. This walk will take about 15 minutes and is approximately .5 mile.

How do we get to the Firework Farewell/Sago Cay?
Answer
Our Firework farewell is happening at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort on Saturday evening. It will be at Sago Cay Pointe, at the back of the Grand Floridian Property, overlooking the lake and Cinderella's Castle. You can get to the Grand Floridian through any means discussed above, including driving, taking an uber/lyft, or using Disney's complementary transportation. To find Sago Cay once you reach the Grand Floridian, head to the back of the main building. Once outside, head to the left, away from the pool and towards the marina. Sago Cay Pointe is located outside the leftmost building, across from the marina. If you have any trouble, a Disney Cast Members will be able to direct you. This event does not happen inside the Magic Kingdom. You do not need park tickets to attend this event.

Where is the wedding party staying?
Answer
We are staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort and we'd love to have you stay close to us! We also have a room block at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. You don't have to stay in our room block or even on Disney property, but we'd like it if you did!

Will you be serving alcohol?
Answer
Given the time of the wedding, we are not planning on serving alcohol. We will be serving other refreshments!
