Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those whose names are formally listed on the RSVP list.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors with outdoor space accessible.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at two different hotels! Hampton Inn & Suites (North Huntingdon/Irwin) Deadline to receive the group rate is April 26, 2025. Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be available to transport hotel guests to and from the venue, beginning at 2:45PM. The shuttle will return to the hotels in intervals throughout the evening. Free on-site parking is also available at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests dress in cocktail attire. Although a suit and tie are not required, we ask that you do not wear jeans. Ladies, please keep in mind that the ceremony will be held outdoors and on grass. This information may be helpful for women deciding whether or not to wear heels.

What time should we arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 3:30 and no later than 3:50. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00.
