Hotel
We have a hotel block at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve. Transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue will be provided (see below). The hotel features a pool, a gym, two on-site restaurants, as well as a complimentary shuttle to local shopping and dining within 5 miles. Travel Note
Parking will be complimentary at the hotel. You will need to register your vehicle through Metropolis. When you check in to your room at the front desk, let them know your license plate number and state for them to provide the complimentary parking. If you run into any issues, please contact the hotel front desk who will assist with the complimentary parking.
Flight
The hotel block is within a short 10 minute drive from BWI airport. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to BWI Airport, please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Flight
DCA is another of the local airports, about a 45 min - 1 hour drive to the hotel block.
Train
The hotel block is within a short 10 minute drive from BWI Amtrak station, another convenient option with almost hourly Amtrak service from New York and DC. You can contact the the hotel about shuttle services.
Shuttle
October 25, 2025 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Shuttles will begin boarding around 4pm from the Hotel at Arundel Preserve to drive guests to the Chesapeake Ballroom at Celebrations at the Bay. Return service from the venue to the hotel will start to run at 9 pm (early shuttle) and 10:30 pm at the end of the reception.
