Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been forced to limit the number of guests to immediate family, and the closest friends of the bride and groom. Do you expect guests to test for Covid-19?

Answer

Yes, please. We are encouraging all our guests to get tested for Covid-19 within a few days of the event to protect the health and safety of everyone who attends.

What about Covid-19 testing for out of town guests?

Answer

We will coordinate Covid-19 testing for our out of town guests 1-2 days before the wedding. More details to follow soon.

What other safety precautions have you taken?

Answer

1. Festivities will be held outside, in order to allow guests to distance more easily and eliminate the problem of germs circulating in an enclosed space. 2. Sanitation stations will be available throughout the venue. 3. Wearing face masks will be mandatory during the event. Please come wearing your face mask, and we will provide each guest with a custom face mask at the event. Only remove your mask while eating or drinking. Masks will be required at the dance floor, thus food and drink consumption must occur outside the dance area. 4. Seating during the ceremony and reception will be spaced according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We will have a sit down dinner in order to avoid people congregating at the buffet. We will also provide multiple bar stations, and will have servers taking drink orders in order to keep our guests from congregating at the bar.
