Becca's Version Steven and I went to the same high school and became good friends in grade 10, although rumor has it, Steven, would have liked to be more. Knowing each other for so long allowed us to create an amazing foundation for our relationship that was to come, which was exciting, effortless, and just felt right. I wouldn’t change our long and evolving journey for the world! Steven's Version I remember seeing Becca walking down the halls of St-Thomas, and I said to myself: “Pretty face, nice rack and a great ass. I will marry her one day”. Although things didn’t happen in high school, I knew there was a reason why, and then in 2015 I made her my girlfriend to future fiancé, baby mama and now I will get the privilege to call her my wife.
We had a weekend getaway planned in Prince Edward County. I rushed home from work on Friday afternoon to find Steven had put photos of us and candles throughout the house. He had a speech prepared, which I continually interrupted with, “Oh my god, it’s happening!”. He asked me to marry him, and I said yes! We had a lovely weekend away as a newly engaged couple riding our bikes through the beautiful vineyards.
Knowing our wedding would be postponed, we decided to take advantage of the time we had together and begin to grow our family. Before we knew it, Emerson Christine Rassi, joined the party, and what a perfect little party crasher she is! We are very grateful to be sharing our special day with, Emerson, as a family.
