Save-the Date!

We stopped to hike a trail between Vail, CO and Aspen, CO. We parked at 12,095 ft and hiked to 13,400 ft. It was beautiful, cool and refreshing. Once we arrived to summit I found a spot to rest while he was retrieving our trail mix and water from his backpack. I was taken away by the view and was not paying attention while he was kneeling on one knee. He said, “We are at a fork in the road in our relationship, will you go East or West with me?” I said, “I will go East, West, North and South with you forever!” He then asked, “Will you go in the same direction with me, will you marry me?” “YES”, I said. He even recorded the moment and I hadn’t a clue. It was all so breathtaking and perfect. We can’t wait to spend forever together.
