What time should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, please arrive no later than 2:40

What is the attire?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting that guests dress in formal attire The ceremony and reception will be outdoors in a grassy area, ladies please take this into account when choosing your heels!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary parking on site for those who do not plan to use the complimentary shuttle service

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest’s name is listed on the invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with our closest friends and family.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your kids and would love to have them celebrate with us, we are unable to due to the venue's limited space. For this reason, we have decided to host an adult only celebration.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a complimentary shuttle service picking up guests up from the Hilton Garden Inn, Carlsbad @ 2pm on May 3, 2025. The shuttle will be leaving the venue and returning to the hotel @ 10pm. There will not be multiple trips, please take this into consideration when deciding whether to use the shuttle service. The shuttle service is for any and all guests whether you are staying at the Hilton or not. We have provided this option as ubers/taxis are limited in Fallbrook and the venue is a bit of a ways from Carlsbad. We want our guests to enjoy their time without having to worry about driving home

Due to transportation services, we ask that you please RSVP no later than February 15

The closest airport would be Carlsbad, with the next closest being San Diego
