We highly encourage all of our guests to arrive to the property by 4pm local time on Thursday October 24th and stay on property through the morning of the 27th to be present for all of the wedding activities. The resort does have a 3 night minimum.
Although the resort is kid friendly, and you are more than welcome to bring your young ones to the property we respectfully ask for a child free ceremony and reception. There is childcare available at the resort for an extra fee.
We have planned for everyone to have a plus one.
Our ceremony and reception will be Elevated Beach Attire/ Semi formal. We encourage our guests to lean in to the beach and tropical theme if they feel so inclined! Think linen suits, florals, flowy dresses and ocean colors. We do not want anyone to feel like they need to splurge on a new wardrobe so however you show up, as long as you can dance, we will be happy! For other wedding events outside of the ceremony and reception we encourage elevated vacation attire.
Your presence at our special event is all we need! Please do not feel like you need to get us a gift. The brides have registered for those who feel so inclined.
We have done a lot of research and work with our travel agency and wedding planners to choose a resort that we think all of our guests will love. We chose Dreams Royal Beach in Punta Cana. It is an all inclusive resort (alcohol and food included). The property has multiple pools, bars and restaurants. It is right on one of the best beaches on island and is highly rated. However, if you choose to stay somewhere else please note that there will be a fee to obtain a day pass to enter our resort for the day of the wedding and you must be off property by 10pm. This may also limit your ability to participate in wedding activities on days other than the actual wedding day.
