In July, we took a family vacation to Montenegro which is where both of Ramo's parents are originally from. This was such a special vacation full of sunshine, beaches, traditional Montenegrin foods, drinks, exploring and quality family time! A few days into our trip, we visited the coastal town of Kotor and saw the most breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountain range. Ramo booked a wine tasting (or what I thought would be a wine tasting) at a winery that was located at the top of one of the mountain ranges and overlooked the bay. We arrived at the restaurant and started walking down to a platform that was on the edge of the mountain. As we were walking down, I saw red heart balloons and big white letters that spelt out "Marry Me". I kept turning to Ramo saying, "Really?!", and "This is for me?!" as we were walking down. I was in disbelief and immediately said YES when he asked me to marry him :)

In September 2023, Ramo and I received the amazing news that we were going to become parents! We were both overjoyed with so many emotions and so excited for this next chapter in our lives! Finding out about about our baby boy led us to officially tie the knot on 11.16.23 at the Warwick Town Hall with both of our families. Our wedding this year will not only be a celebration of Ramo and I, but it will be a celebration of our 1 year anniversary and our family of 3! We feel so appreciative to be able to have Zayn with us on our special day and we can't wait to celebrate with you all!
