Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love the little children in our lives we are doing a kids free day. Consider it a date night! 😉

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests wear black-tie attire. We would appreciate staying in the realm of darker colors. Ladies please wear floor length formal dresses. Gentlemen please wear a suit or tux. Think romantic and passionate vibes!

Can I bring a guest/date?

We are limiting the events of the day to only those listed on the RSVP.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue itself! Also, if you are choosing to stay at the hotel there is a shuttle available to take you to and from the venue!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outside weather permitting. The reception will be held inside with an open patio to the garden with cocktail tables.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a full bar supplying drinks all night long!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at lest 20 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone has a seat before it begins.

What if i don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 16, 2025, you will be marked as “ not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you however we need to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This means you cannot show up to our special day, there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

What should I do if i cannot attend?

Answer

If you cannot join us you will be severely missed. But, no worries just select “Will not be attending” on the RSVP. If you have already RSVP’d yes, please let Rebecca know as soon as possible.

Where should I stay for the wedding?

Answer

If you are coming in from out of town or just want to have a room close to the venue after the festivities, there is a Best Western hotel near the venue with a shuttle service to and from. Please go to the “travel” tab to see the details.
