What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive at the venue at 5:00. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30!

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes, the shuttle will leave the Hilton Garden Inn Westbury at 4:30PM. Please make sure you are on time, since the shuttle bus is only making 1 trip to the venue! The shuttle will run consecutive trips back to the hotel at the end of the night starting at 10PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside! The cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The entire evening will be at The Mansion at Woodside at 225 Muttontown Eastwoods Rd, Syosset, NY 11791

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and included in your RSVP section on the website!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the evening is formal! Appropriate attire includes suits with a tie or bow-tie, floor-length dresses, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits.

What color is the bridal party wearing?

Answer

Navy blue! Guests are more than welcome to still wear navy, this is just an FYI!
