Once the invitations are sent out, please RSVP by August 29th.
A bit of both! The ceremony will be outdoors in the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden at the pond. In the event of rain the ceremony will be moved inside the Gallery. Following the ceremony, we will have lawn games and cocktail hour on the Pavilion's patio. The dinner and dancing will be inside the Pavilion.
We think the dress code would be best described as "dressy casual." But please come as you are and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and celebratory!
If you are driving, we suggest parking in the large lot across from the Pavilion where the reception will be held and walking to the Leo Mol Sculpture Garden from there. A small parking lot is located at the garden entrance but parking spaces can be limited. Parking is free and open 24 hours.
Our ceremony will start at 3:00 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance to get your seats and settle in. If you are walking over from the Pavilion's parking lot please keep in mind the additional 15-20 minute walk through the Park to the ceremony space.
While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask for our wedding day to be adults-only. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
Yes please! We'd love to see the day from your perspective. We will have a link to a google drive to upload your photos and videos. But please no photos during the ceremony - be in the moment!
Our goal is to have a menu that fits everyone needs. We will have a buffet dinner with a variety of meat, vegetarian and vegan entree options, along with salads, sides, and desserts - eat as much as you'd like! We will have some hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail & lawn game hour, as well as a late night snack to fuel you during the dance party!
Included in the RSVP will be a place where you can let us know about any restrictions or requests. We aim to include food suitable for everyone so please let us know!
Yes! The bar will open at 4:00 pm for the lawn games and remain open for the night. Have fun but enjoy responsibly.
Since we are driving back to the Yukon in a car full with Toulouse and Odie, we kindly request no physical gifts. Your presence at our wedding is more than enough!
