What time should I arrive

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3pm to assure you have time to park and get seated for the ceremony to begin at 3:30.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Rancho San Antonio, a beautiful historic 600 acre ranch. The ceremony will take place outside with the reception to follow in a lightly heated barn.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

YES! As you pull through the front gates of our venue, parking will be in the pasture to your right. Once you've exited your vehicle, you will walk the dirt path up the road curving to the left towards the fountain.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING?

Answer

We ask our guests arrive in all-black, cocktail attire. As much as we love to dress up, we also love to kick back and relax. As the reception winds down and we wind up for the after-party, we invite our guests to join us in an outfit change, from your satin dress to a blacked-out sweatset. WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN THE AREA?

Answer

In beautiful Buellton during the fall season, the highs are sunny and 75, followed by lows in the forties. Once the sun goes down, the rest of the evening will take place in a lightly heated barn. If you tend to get chilly, make sure to bring a coat!

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to you and a guest if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that your children are only invited if named on the invitation. If not, please take this opportunity to enjoy a date night without the kiddos!

WHAT TIME WILL THE WEDDING RECEPTION END AND IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

The bride and groom will be doing a send-off at 9 PM. Following will be an after-party, starting around 9:15. This again is the time we invite our guests to throw on a comfortable outfit and get ready to dance the night away!

CAN I POST WEDDING PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

We are absolutely thrilled to have you capture memories at our wedding. We kindly request that you hold off on posting any photos to social media until we’ve had a chance to share ours first. We want to savor the moment and share it with our loved ones in our own way. Once we’ve had a chance to post, feel free to share your photos too!

I took great photos! How can I share them with you?

Answer

We can't wait to see our special day through the eyes of our loved ones! We will have QR codes placed around the venue for you to scan and directly upload your photos to our wedding gallery!

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer
