As much as we love you, no children are invited to the Ceremony or Reception. Please make accommodations for them at home or locally.
The Ceremony begins promptly at 4:00PM. We ask that all guests arrive and be seated by 3:45PM.
YES, Shuttle services will be provided to and from the ceremony venue.

Unfortunately our caterer does not individually accommodate, however, vegan and vegetarian options will be available.
Yes, you and your partner's name will be on your invitation. Single guests are invited bring a plus one. Please provide their name on the RSVP.
Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in the venue gardens. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.
The average temperature this time of year is 70 and sunny. Of course, the Pacific North West weather fluctuates. In the event of rainy weather, proper cover will be provided.
The ceremony and cocktail hours will be throughout the gardens. The ground is grass and may be soft. It is advised to wear block heels or wedges.
We have hired a professional photography & video team to capture the day. Please do not ruin the shot by pulling your phone out during the ceremony. The estate is absolutely stunning, feel free to capture the cocktail hour and reception as much as you'd like.
Yes, a full open bar will be available during the cocktail hour and reception. Mocktails will be available for those who prefer.
