Hopelessly Devoted To You

Rebecca and Levi’s story started in a way only a modern love story can—on Snapchat. Rebecca was 13, Levi was 14, and they were introduced through Rebecca’s cousin Brooke (you’ll spot her wrangling the ring-dogs during the ceremony!). At the time, Levi lived near the Cities, while Rebecca was up on the good old Iron Range. Even from a distance, they both knew there was something special between them. And so, they stayed in touch… for five whole years. Yes, five—Levi may have taken his time, but some things are worth the wait ;) Eventually, life took Levi down to Florida, where he worked hard and saved up enough to make his way back to Minnesota. Within a week of moving back, the two finally met in person—and from that moment on, history was made. Since then, their life together has been full of adventure and love—from trips out west, to sunny Florida getaways, to Levi never quite managing to say no when Rebecca wants “just one more animal” (eight in two years, to be exact!). Along the way, they’ve bought and built a home, found joy in the little things, and started creating the life they always dreamed of together. As they celebrate this new chapter, Rebecca and Levi also hold close the memory of their very special little man, Bubba, who passed suddenly in April 2025. In his honor, they have chosen to celebrate his birthday each year as their anniversary—a lasting reminder of the love that continues to shape their story. This day is not only about the two of them, but about every moment, memory, and piece of love that brought them here—and everything still to come.
