When should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony beings promptly at 5:30 p.m., we recommend you aim to arrive by 5:10 p.m. to ensure you are able to park, navigate to the venue, find seats, etc.

Is there parking onsite/transportation?

Answer

Our recommended hotel is within walking distance, a 6 minute walk, to the venue. If you are local, street parking is free after 5 p.m. and there is a lot across the street from the venue that is also available to park in after 5 p.m. Please visit the venue site to find parking information: https://www.merrimonwynne.com/parking-directions

What is the dress code?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we'd prefer no phones in any of the photos.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour and dancing will be indoors. If there is bad weather, we will hold the ceremony and dinner indoors.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We request that you RSVP by March 25. If you do not RSVP by that time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
