Can I bring a date?

We're keeping the day cozy and intentional, so we're only able to welcome the guests listed on the invitation. Your presence means so much to us!

Is there a dress code?

No official dress code. We'd love for guests to choose comfortable, weather-friendly looks in tones and fabrics that complement the mountain scenery.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes. We're keeping the day relaxed and intentional, so little ones in your immediate family who are included on the invitation are welcome to join the celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. Mountain Shadows Retreat has on-site parking available for guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We totally understand dietary needs. Since we're doing a taco truck and appetizers within that theme, we aren't able to accommodate custom meals, but there will be a variety of options to choose from.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There isn't, so please plan ahead. We'll have self-serve drinks at the wedding, and we kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation like a designated driver, Uber or Lyft.
