We met at a diner called Athens back in 2014! Joe and his friends were looking for a cheap breakfast place as broke collage students and saw a sign down the street from where he went to school saying " $1.99 breakfast! Bacon, two eggs, toast and home fries!". He was sold . It was Beccas first day of waitressing after being a bus girl and she got lucky enough to serve Joes table. When Joe left he wrote on his receipt saying, "Guy in stripes thinks you're cute. Text me.." After Becca's shift was over she texted the number on the receipt. She waited and NEVER GOT A TEXT BACK! Joe came back into the diner the next week but unfortunately Becca had off. Luckily her coworker called him out and he was so nervous he realized he put the wrong number down. He gave Becca’s co-worker his number again to give to her. Becca once again got the wrong number .. The following week Joe came back into the diner. Becca immediately saw him and told him , "I got the wrong number again! Heres mine!" needless to say, after three attempts of getting each others number, we finally went on a date and have been with each other ever since!
