11 years ago... My family and I decided to go to North Carolina to see my brother play soccer! Once we all got to the hotel, we settled in and shortly after we went out to an arcade type of restaurant. We all were talking to one another, Joe and I caught a glimpse of each other across the room. From there, we walked up to each other and talked for the rest of the night. (If I remember it correctly I was the one who walked up to him!) We had so much fun together, getting to know each other and laughing. After that night, my family and I got back to Maryland and I instantly wanted to talk to him again. So I stole my brother's phone and took Joe's phone number out of it, the rest is history! We have been talking every day without skipping a beat! Even when Joe went to another country, we always found a way to talk to each other; which is unheard of. We have had a long distance relationship for the majority of our relationship. Being apart made our hearts grow fonder, but being together completed us both.

On July 21st, in Fells Point, Maryland. Joe popped the question!
