When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Sunday August 3, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. If you are having difficulty using the online RSVP feel free to reach out to Rebecca or Jordan, we are happy to help!

Will there be a block of rooms?
Answer
Yes! We have a room block at Hyatt Place Grand Blanc/Flint. Use group code “G-TSGW” or use the link below to book. The block will be open until August 18, 2025. A shuttle service will be provided between the hotel and our venue. How will the shuttle work?

We’re happy to offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue for your convenience. Shuttles to Spring Meadows Country Club: Departing Hyatt Place at 2:45 PM and 3:30 PM (last departure). Please be in the hotel lobby 5–10 minutes before your preferred time. Club house will be open to our guests that arrive early if you’d like to enjoy a pre ceremony beverage! Return Shuttles to Hyatt Place: Departing Spring Meadows at 8:00 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:45 PM (last shuttle). We encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttle and enjoy the evening safely!

Please note that our wedding is an adult-only celebration, and only those listed on the invitation are kindly requested to attend.

When should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking, mingling and finding your seat.

We love you a lot—but we love your faces more than your phones. Snap away at the reception, but for our ceremony, please put phones and cameras away and join us in being fully present for this special moment.
