Welcome, distant travelers! Gosh, we're glad to see you... Say hi to old friends, meet new ones, show off the babies, strike a pose, take it easy. This is low-key; some of you have come from the far side of the galaxy, so no formalities necessary. There will be a good spread for you hungry arrivals: exact menu TBD, but think BBQ sliders, wings, spinach-artichoke dip, tapas, etc etc, along with beer and wine.

Its October in the North Carolina mountains, so while anything can happen and there's always the option to flee for shelter if it gets messy, we're crossing out fingers for 70 and sunny. Dinner to follow.

For those who'd like a little down-time and quiet to catch up with old friends and family, the pavilion will still be open, while the 40-somethings pretend its still 2005 outside. Slow motion for me, slow motion for me...
