In November 2015 Becky asked Jake to come over for a homemade meal while stationed in Aviano Italy. She tried her best to make a wonderful meal of chicken flourentine and mashed sweet potatoes. At this point Jake knew that he loved her for her wonderful personality and not so much her cooking skills. After spending time together, going on trips throughout Europe, having to spend time apart through TDY’s, Deployments, and PCS’ing we knew we wanted to be together forever. August 2017 Becky packed up her life with Ethan and moved to the cold state of North Dakota. Here, Jake found his love of cooking and Becky willing to clean up after his cooking. January 2021 the Air Force brought us to the hottest place ever, Texas, where Jake finally proposed to Becky and she said YES!
