Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi-formal. Nice Suits and evening gowns are favored but cocktail dresses are welcome as well. Please no shorts, jeans, or t-shirts. Dress pants, button ups and a nice suit jacket for the men.

Can I bring a date?

If you have a plus one on your invite then absolutely!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotel accommodations to choose from. The Virginian by Hilton and The Craddock Terry Hotel. Both are in Downtown Lynchburg about 30 minutes away from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, shuttles were not in our budget! There is a lot of parking available at the wedding venue. If you are driving, please make sure you are getting back to your accommodations or home safely!!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 15th. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you cannot make it and you will not be getting an invite!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The only thing we are registered is a honeymoon fund!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5 p.m. sharp, please arrive 30 minutes early. Once the ceremony starts people who are not seated will have to watch from afar.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are a lot of spaces for parking at the venue! Also, if you will be drinking at the wedding please make sure you are getting to and from the venue safely!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If there are kids on your invite, they are invited. If there are no kids on your invite, then unfortunately they are not invited.
