We met through Tinder in July 2021 in the middle of Covid. After a couple of weeks chatting, Harry asked Bec out to dinner. We were lucky to have our first date at a local restaurant with a strict 1 hour booking allocation. The next few dates that followed involved a lot of sneaking out during lock-downs. That year, we spent our very first New Years Eve in isolation together, just the two of us, drinking home-made pina coladas and watching the fireworks on TV. This is where Harry told Bec he loved her for the very first time! We moved in together in May 2024 after Bec built her house in Mount Barker. A few short months later Harry got down on one knee and proposed in the Botanic Gardens on our 3rd anniversary. Since then, its been a busy 12+ months wedding planning and settling into our new home. On weekends and in our free time we enjoy visiting local wineries, fares & markets, strawberry picking at Beerenberg, playing games, watching The Office or simply just running errands together. In 2026, we plan to complete our landscaping, have a honeymoon and hopefully introduce a little four-legged furry friend into the family!
