Godfrey and Becky met at Becky's cousin's house during a Friendsgiving party. Godfrey approached Becky and asked if she liked beer to which she replied "no". That was the extent of their conversation that night, but they both attended the same Friendsgiving party a year later. Godfrey strategically placed himself next to Becky at dinner, and they chatted the rest of the night! Needless to say they now enjoy drinking beer together.

Godfrey and Becky got engaged in Maui, Hawaii during a breathtaking sunset on the beach. Their friends, Khusbu and Aakash, were there to help the proposal go off without a hitch. After Becky said "yes", they celebrated with their friends who were kind enough to videotape and photograph the whole engagement!
