Cocktail hour starts at 5:30 PM followed by a BBQ dinner.

A trolley will be provided for scheduled pick-up and drop-off to the ceremony location from select cabin locations. Please plan to arrive to the venue between 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM. The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM and will be followed by cocktail hour on the outside deck & a seated dinner inside afterwards. The ceremony will take place outside in a field so please keep your shoe selection in mind while packing. Dinner options will include salad, beef & chicken, roasted vegetables, and potatoes. Please let us know if there are any food allergies that need to be shared with the caterer.
