Here we go!!

Yeah, okay babe! Rebecca here! Let me tell you a little about us... Corey and I both went to Davis Senior High School and when I was a senior, he was a sophomore. He literally knew my ENTIRE friend group, basketball team, and then some. Plus we all know that at DHS where sophomore year is really your freshmen year (freshman are still at the Jr. Highs), all sophomores know ALL the seniors. It's like High School law. ANYWAYS.. fast forward to the end of summer 2014. I had just moved back into town after quitting a job I hated in SF. I realized that I wanted to launch my own business in Sacramento rather than the Bay Area. While I geared things up to launch, I needed a steady job that would be flexible around what I needed to do to jumpstart my career in event planning. Serving was the perfect answer! So I reached out to our friend Ally, who at the time worked for this little restaurant in Davis called Burgers & Brew to see if they were hiring. Long story short - they hired me! Even longer story, shorter - I knew he was someone I wanted to know right off the bat. We both were immediately drawn to each other and the rest is history. Now - our story is far from perfect, in fact it's quite the opposite. But it's OUR story and it led us to where we are today, which we not trade for anything. So to us? It is perfect.
