Question

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

While most modern GPS systems can guide you directly to our venue, here are some basic directions from downtown Temecula: - Take Rancho California Road west into the hills. - Turn left onto Avenida Del Oro. - Immediately turn left onto Sandia Creek Drive. - Continue on Sandia Creek Drive for 3.7 miles. - Turn right onto Carancho Road. - Continue on Carancho Road for 1 mile. - Turn left onto E Pajaro Road. - The destination will be on the left. We recommend renting a car for ease of travel around the area. Uber and Lyft are also available in Temecula.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking on site. There will a golf cart shuttling guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site, but guests are welcome to take the short walk as well.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will be outdoors. Plenty of accommodations have been made keeping this in mind, but please be sure to check the weather beforehand and dress and prepare accordingly.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

There is no mandatory dress code, but we strongly suggest semi-formal attire that you will be comfortable in. The entire event will be outdoors so it is recommended to wear or bring an extra set of comfy shoes and warm layers like an extra jacket if you think you'll need them. The ceremony area will have some parasol umbrellas and guests will be facing away from the sun, but feel free to bring a hat if you are sun sensitive. The reception area will be on grass, so ladies, if you plan to wear heels, we recommend wearing wedges or bringing an extra set of flats just in case. Historically, Temecula's weather in late October has been 80s/90s during the day and 40s/50s at night, but be sure to double check before you leave for your trip. There will be heaters at night and a limited amount of blankets for those who typically get really cold.

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

This is typically for the women and some of you have asked. Ivories, blush pinks, and light peaches will be the main colors, but there will also be plenty of wildflower accent colors including shades of pink, orange, yellow, baby blue, and lavender. So feel free to wear whatever you'd like!

Question

What will the reception be like?

Answer

Here is a broad overview of the schedule: - Intro, Special Dances - Dinner buffet - Ballroom Performance (different form our First Dance) - Toasts - Money Dance - Cutting of the Cake - General Dancing with Late Night Snacks - Grand Exit

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please refrain from taking any photos/videos during the ceremony. We would prefer that everyone silence their phones and stay present throughout this portion. We have hired professionals to document and record the event and would love to share them after. However, for the cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like. We would love if you could share those with us as well!
