Where To Fly

Guests can fly into either the Seattle Tacoma International Airport or Paine Field in Everett. Both are equidistant from the hotels at about a 25 minute drive.

Still Spa at the Woodmark Hotel

Guests are welcome to stay at The Woodmark, though it is a resort hotel so much more expensive than the hotels we have reserved blocks at. The code provided will give a discount based on the current market price of rooms, however, if you wish to stay at The Woodmark, we also recommend checking online booking sites, such as Expedia or Priceline, as their rates may actually be better than the discount code we've been given. August is a popular month to be in the Pacific Northwest so if you plan to stay at The Woodmark, we suggest booking your room ASAP.

Red Lion Hotel Bellevue

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Red Lion Hotel in Bellevue. It is located in downtown Bellevue, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and is only about a 10 minute drive from The Woodmark. Breakfast and parking are included with any room reservations. The Red Lion and Hilton are located right next to each other. Rooms must be booked by Friday, August 2 to receive our group rate, after that rooms will not be guaranteed.
