We’re getting married!

Rebecca and Brian met on the first day of medical school at the University of Vermont in a small group seminar. The friendship blossomed over the year as they helped each other through the highs and lows of medical school. On a spring break vacation that year with friends, Brian asked Rebecca out on the top of Angel's Landing in Zion National Park. Rebecca was worried that by saying yes, she could ruin a perfect friendship so she turned him down. Over the next few months, she questioned whether she had made the right choice and whether or not it was ok to date your best friend. In early June of that year, she changed her mind and they went on the perfect first date with a cheese making tour at Shelburne Farms. The rest is history. Three and a half years later, after surviving their first few months of residency together, Brian asked Rebecca to marry him on top of Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park after a sunrise hike to the summit. This time around, she didn't hesitate to say yes!
