FAQs

The Wedding Website of Rebecca Patterson and Brennan Saucedo
Question

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

Your hotel reservation is your RSVP. Once you reserve your hotel room, send us a screenshot at BeccaBrenns@gmail.com. You may choose to reserve a room at the wedding resort venue, or choose a different option. Reservation deadline is Oct. 31, 2026.

Question

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

We recommend landing a week early, Feb. 24th, to partake in the fun wedding week activities! This also gives you time to adjust to the time zone and heat before the wedding. A 10-14 day trip is the sweet spot. Note, arrive 1 week early, not depart.

Question

Do I need a visa?

Answer

Yes. You can purchase a "Visa on Arrival" at the Bali airport, or apply for an e-Visa at evisa.imigrasi.go.id before you travel.

Question

When should I book flights?

Answer

At least 3 months out (Dec. 4, 2026). Set a Google Flights price tracker now. We recommend Singapore Airlines or Korean Air.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

Daytime: beaches, hikes, day clubs — swimwear, sunglasses, hats, cotton & linen clothing, sneakers and sandals Nighttime: nice restaurants and outings — pack a few elevated options like dresses and collared shirts. Misc: sunscreen, bug spray (we recommend a.co/d/00K6FLE1), workout clothes, outlet converter, external battery, travel credit cards, passport and your international driver’s license if you have one. Bring a camera and clear your camera roll, there are many photo ops!!

Yes, an international data plan is a MUST as soon as you land. Check with your current cellphone provider for international plans. We personally use an international e-sim provider called Nomad. Check the app store.

Yes — bring your international credit card. "Wise" is also a great debit card option to withdraw cash with minimal fees.

Answer

Travel insurance is not required, but definitely recommended. SafetyWing is a great affordable option that we use.

None are required to enter Indonesia. However, consult your doctor before traveling — they may suggest a few based on your history.

What about "Bali Belly"?

Answer

We recommend taking a daily probiotic a month before your trip. This helps fortify your gut bacteria! Other best practices include not drinking the tap water, washing your hands before eating, and choosing popular busy restaurants.

Yes, with an international driver’s license. This is a fun and quick way to travel the island. Another transportation option is to download "Grab" rideshare app. This is Bali's Uber. It is a great way to rent a car or scooter driver.
