A mutual friend of ours decided to play matchmaker and set Branden and I up on a blind date. Historically I didn't have much luck with blind dates, and only used them as a source for funny anecdotes at parties. Well this blind date provided me with much more than a good anecdote, it gave me the love of my life. Branden and I hit it off, we chatted, laughed, and found that our sarcasm and senses of humor aligned. We ate sushi at Sake Blue, and then went to party. After that first date, we couldn't quite get enough of each other. So now, almost two years later, we're getting married.
