If flying from within Australia, Maroochydore Airport (also called Sunshine Coast Airport) is a 30 minute drive from Noosa. Qantas, Virgin and Jetstar all have scheduled flights. If flying internationally, Brisbane Airport is about 1.5hrs drive from Noosa. Some flights from Auckland go into the Sunshine Coast Airport (Jetstar and Air New Zealand). There are many accommodation options in the area, particularly in Noosaville and Noosa Heads. Here are a couple of places that are close to the Marina where we are holding the reception, one place on Noosa Sound that is popular with some of our Sydney friends who visit regularly and I've also recommended a place in Noosa Heads on Main Beach.
