Cuernavaca is known as the “City of Eternal Spring,” and in June the weather is warm, bright, and generally sunny, with a mix of blue skies and passing clouds. Daytime temperatures are typically in the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s Fahrenheit, with sunshine throughout much of the day. June does mark the start of the rainy season, but rain usually comes as short afternoon or evening showers, leaving mornings and early afternoons sunny and pleasant. For packing, plan for lightweight, breathable clothing, sun protection such as hats and sunglasses, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or shawl for cooler evenings.

I plan to buy our flights to Mexico between February-April. I will be checking the flights frequently to find the best deal. I anticipate spending around $300-$500 on a round trip plane ticket to Mexico City.
Please contact us directly to let us know about any dietary restrictions. We will make sure to accommodate the best we can.
The ceremony will take place in a historic cathedral located in downtown Cuernavaca, with charming stone floors and classic architecture that reflect its rich history. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour will be held in a beautiful grassy garden, and the reception will take place in a pavilion, providing a festive space for everyone to enjoy.
It’s recommended to exchange your dollars for pesos before or when you arrive in Mexico. Using pesos will make everyday transactions smoother, support local businesses, and often help you get better value.
If you like to travel, we recommend spending a night or two in Mexico City (the biggest city of North America). If you’d like ideas to add to your itinerary in Mexico City please contact us directly with any questions. If you do not plan on spending time in Mexico City, you would take an uber or a coach bus (1.5-2 hours) straight to Cuernavaca. After taking the Pullman coach bus you’d then order an uber to your final destination.
The brides family will be arriving in the second week of June. The grooms family will be arriving the third week of June. Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions about your travel plans.
