It's About to go Down!

Two strangers amongst thousands at Comerica park stadium to enjoy Fiesta night with the Detroit Tigers....They happened to meet that day, just saying, "Hello." It wasn't until February when they met again at Stardust bowling alley while hanging out with friends. After that night, they became the best of friends, going to Denny's all hours of the night, playing dance revolution on the Xbox, watching movies and spending countless nights just talking. Then, April 2011...Albert took Rebecca to Chicago for the first time in her life. It was then that the two once strangers started to flirt and become that much closer. Fast forward to May 14, 2011.....this is where it gets good... Albert's Birthday weekend in Chicago, 40th floor of the Buckingham Athletic Club, Albert said, "I love you" she replied, after slight hesitation from being caught off guard, "I love you too." And that is how the love story of Rebecca and Albert began.

Albert planned a day in Savannah, Georgia for he and Rebecca to eat at one of their favorite restaurants, Lady and Sons, and then to walk through the town taking in all of the history it has to offer. Albert was acting "weird" as Rebecca would say and kept asking her to find one specific set of steps they once visited. While walking around aimlessly, the couple came along to St. John's the Baptist Church. The two of them went in, shared prayer, lit blessing candles and took in the beauty both physically and emotionally of the dwelling. Afterward, Albert and Rebecca stepped outside where he decided to get down on one knee and ask for her hand in marriage. To his surprise, she said, "YES!" A couple that was also visiting the church that afternoon caught the event and photographed it, while Albert had secretly arranged for his friend to record it as it unfolded. And that brings us to today, as they plan and cordially invite you witness them become one and to join them as they continue on their journey in love ❤️.
