Armature Works
Armature Works is a fully restored mixed-use building that breathes new life into the historic Tampa Heights neighborhood. This is a great place to stop by if you want a variety of food options or a drink followed by a walk along the river.
Oxford Exchange
European-inspired space featuring a restaurant, bookstore, coffeehouse & shop with decor & gifts. Full of Tampa spirit and pride. Across the street is the historic Tampa University. If you'd like to have a sit down meal at the Oxford Exchange, it is strongly advised you book a reservation in advance.
Datz
Lively American gastropub providing updated comfort food & craft brews, plus gourmet groceries. Right next door is Datz's sister shop "Dough" which is a whimsical bakeshop serving housemade doughnuts, cupcakes & ice cream in specialty doughnut cones.
Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park
Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is an 8 acres public park located along the Hillsborough river in downtown Tampa, Florida that opened in its current configuration in 2010. It is adjacent to the Tampa Riverwalk, Florida Museum of Photographic Arts, Tampa Museum of Art (which offers free admission on Friday's), Glazer Children's Museum, and Rivergate Tower. If you want to grab a bite to eat while here, Adam and Rebecca suggest going to Eddie and Sams N.Y. Pizza which is just a couple blocks away.

Pass-a-Grille Beach
Relaxed Pass-a-Grille is known for Pass-a-Grille Beach, a wide stretch of white sand along the Gulf Coast. Beach boutiques and casual seafood spots and bars cluster nearby, especially along 8th Avenue. The Gulf Beaches Historical Museum traces the region’s past through memorabilia like photographs and old postcards. Boat tours to secluded Shell Key Preserve depart from Merry Pier, also a popular fishing spot. This is Rebecca's favorite beach to visit because of its laid back atmosphere and friendly residents.
